Lots of room. Extra soft blankets. A few fall pumpkin and fall decorations added for a feeling of home. Only major negative is this unit is on the lower level and the owner of the condo above was extremely loud at all hours of the day. I did see this on other reviews so we brought a sound machine in preparation. I realize the owners of this unit cannot control that, but will for sure consider this when looking for a place for our next visit.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, extra-soft blankets, and cozy seasonal decorations that made the unit feel like home. We understand how disruptive noise from the upstairs unit can be, especially when you’re trying to relax, and appreciate your understanding that this is outside our direct control. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re grateful you chose to stay with Grand Welcome Branson.

This was an excellent stay for the price point . The only issue was the employee at the gate was not knowledgeable about the location of the property and had a tendency to be rude and disrespectful to our elderly parents

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad you felt the property was an excellent value and that you enjoyed your stay overall. We’re sorry to hear about your experience at the gate, especially with your elderly parents. Being greeted with patience and respect is important, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter someone who was unable to provide clear directions and was not courteous. While the gate staff is managed separately from our team, we’ll share your feedback with the community management so they’re aware of what happened. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would be happy to welcome your family back to Branson.

We loved staying in this condo! It was peaceful, clean, and comfortable. We were also close enough to Silver Dollar City to hear the train whistle! The sound of birds and the SDC train whistle made our hearts happy!

We had a fantastic stay at this property and were very pleased with everything. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. This was our second time staying in this neighborhood, and we really enjoy the gated community—my wife especially loves the added sense of security and atmosphere. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—anytime we’re back in town, this will be our go-to spot.
