The elegant dining room table can seat 8, with overflow seating at the kitchen counter for 4. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Lot parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• This is a walk-up unit with 16 steps to the front door.

• Seasonal outdoor pools, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib & High Chair are available for guest's use

This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
