Thank you for staying with us! We're so glad the property was a great fit for your family of 11. It’s wonderful to hear that the close access to the pool and short walk to the lake helped everyone enjoy their time together. We’re also happy the well-stocked kitchen made it easier for your group to settle in and feel at home. Having enough space and the right amenities can make a big difference for larger family trips. We appreciate you sharing your experience and would love to welcome your family back for another Branson getaway!

Family vacation

Home was everything we’d hope for when looking at the listing. The location was better than we’d hoped for. Super close to State Marina, a great convenience store/bar, and awesome coffee at Vintage Paris. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving week family vacation

Our stay was awesome. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen had dishes and gadgets galore. Balconies were great with overlook of the water.

The accommodations were great first class beds and bedding. Games for the kids and teens. Ample kitchen utensils including a lemon squeezer. Front porch was very dirty had me concerned at the beginning. But once I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised with a clean crisp environment

Beautiful and relaxing

Great location beautiful views of the lake. Well appointed condo! Only downside was the master bedrooms mattress that needs replaced. Didn’t get any sleep . Other than that the condo was gorgeous and perfect for our stay!

Great Property For Family Gatherings!

Great location near State Park Marina, Big Cedar Lodge and Branson attractions. We swam, played pickleball, rented boat one day and kayaks another. Family room is large and echos if everyone trying to talk so hard to hear. Balcony patio is wonderful if it gets too loud. Nearby grocery stores are very limited so buy before you get to Branson. Overall, we loved this property and will definitely go back to this community in a different house.

Great Family Fun

This house was perfect for our family of 14. The house had more than enough space for everyone with the king sized beds for the adults and the bunk beds in the kids room were a hit. The game room in the basement supplied plenty of entertainment for all ages. When we weren't hanging out at the house or exploring Branson, you could find us down at the community pool, splash pad and pickleball courts. We will definitely be checking on the availability the next time we venture down to Table Rock Lake!

Ingallview

The house has a great location, especially with the pool and pickleball courts nearby. The only problem we had is that the floors were so dirty we had to wear our shoes around or our feet were completely black in minutes. The toilets upstairs also need new seats as they continued to move and become loose.

Enjoyable Stay

Being greeted by soothing music as soon as we walked in was a great touch. House is very clean. We had what we needed and when the Keurig didn’t work the first morning they replaced it so we could have our usual favorite morning coffee that we brought in k-cups with us.We used the game room some but the pool table needs a good vacuuming and non of the cues had tips. We did try to replace with some we found in the cabinet but they didn’t stay. Football doesn’t work well with ping pong balls and only one player worked on the video game console. Game room needs a bit of attention. It’s one of the reasons we chose this property.Overall we were happy with our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms! One other visitor commented that the house was very loud when people were playing and moving around. I agree! It echos quite a bit and sound really carries so if you have a noisy bunch it may seem quite noisy until everyone is asleep. We got rest and had fun as a family so we accomplished what we wanted in a vacation and everyone felt at home in a clean house. Thank you for letting us stay!

Thank you for your 4-star review! We're so glad you enjoyed the soothing music upon arrival, found the house very clean, and appreciated the quick replacement of the Keurig. We appreciate your detailed feedback about the game room. We apologize for the condition of the pool table and the cues. We will definitely have the pool table vacuumed and address the cue tips to ensure they are in good working order. We will also look into the functionality of the video game console. We understand the game room was a key reason for choosing the property and we'll work on improving it. Thank you for also noting the acoustics of the house and how sound carries. This is valuable feedback for future guests. We're happy to hear you had plenty of room, bathrooms, got rest, and had fun as a family in a clean house. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!
