Designed for families, 4 of the 6 bedrooms have both king-size beds and luxury sofa beds for the kiddos or teens. Or pile in with friends to relive your slumber party days.

On a rainy day (or just a relaxing one), queue up a movie in the home theater or play a round of pool. The Family Room also has 2 more sofa beds to round out the sleeping space.

Simply around the corner from State Park Marina and no more than 25 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.

Our community of Branson Cove is right off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.

SWIMMING POOLS, PLAYGROUND, PICKLEBALL COURT

Yes, plural is correct -- there are two pools in the neighborhood that you have access to! Both the heated indoor pool and the outdoor swimming pool are a quick walk from the front door, plus the outdoor pool has a super-fun water slide that will shoot you (or Uncle Pete) out like a cannon.

The kiddo's playground is on the other side of the outdoor pool and the pickleball court is next to to the outdoor pool.

The path to the lake and a small park with fire pit and picnic tables is at the corner of the neighborhood.

(Both savings and serendipity that you can't get anywhere else!)

Our welcome book and area guide are in both digital and printed format so that you can access it as soon as you make your reservation and throughout your stay with us.

ADDITIONAL INFO

- $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.
- Local tax and cleaning are additional

- Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

- Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID
