Booked a golf trip for 8 of us. House had plenty of space, bedrooms , bathrooms for everyone. The house was so nice, wish we had more time to enjoy it. Communication was great, I would recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying here.

Wonderful large house for 16 people. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and to gather together. Kitchen very well stocked. Great pool and pickleball courts 2 minute walk. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Would rent there again.

We had a party of 15 and mostly the house was great. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 Star was the dirty hard woods and dirty area rugs. Did not appear dirty by looking at but our feet were black from going barefoot. Everything else was great.

Great property with plenty of room and a great location. I would call it a 9 bedroom not 10 unless you count the futon in the game room. Clean and a great place for a large gathering.

This was a very beautiful home. All of the amenities there to feel at home. Very thoughtfully laid out. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. The host was super responsive and quick. Highly recommend staying there.

This house worked well for our large family gathering. We especially appreciated being able to bring the family dogs. The large hot tub was a great addition which we very much enjoyed.The house is located in a rather busy/congested neighborhood. From the listing we were hopeful it was a bit more secluded. We could see that there were other homes nearby but couldn’t tell how close by the homes are. The house was cleaned upon our arrival minus a pair of underwear in the middle of a bathroom floor. That was a little concerning as far as how well it was cleaned.Also several of the video games in the basement didn’t work. Those were our only complaints. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be easy to communicate with and helpful.

This was an amazing home to make memories with a large family or group! The amenities were amazing, host were responsive, located far enough and close enough from Branson! We played pickle ball, swam, hiked, enjoyed a couple shows in Branson! Recommended 5 starts all the way!

All was great except that thew fridge in the main kitchen was busted and leaking and it was never functioning the entirety of our trip which made for very inconvenient cooking etc. The host did have ice delivered, but having to run food up and down the stairs for everything got very old especially when feeding 20 people.

Superb accommodations!

There were 13 people in our group and we loved our stay! The house is beautiful, spacious and furnished with so much! The owners really took their time to think of everything; the attention to detail was impressive, and so clean! We loved all of the entertainment options. Great location also. I wouldn't hesitate to stay their again.

House was great, location was great, ideal for a large group. My only complaint was that we reported an issue with the hot water upstairs and the host never got back to us….eventually one of the husbands was able to resolve that the hot water heater for that floor was separate and turned it on, however we were without hot water for first couple days over something that could have easily been resolved if the host were responsive. The location is nice right near the marina. Spirit of America catamaran was a blast.

We used this property for our family reunion. We had a great time and loved the property and the neighborhood pools and courts. The reason I gave this listing 4 stars was because the listing was inaccurate on 2 accounts. One of the bedrooms (bedroom 7) was listed as a king plus a sofa couch. There was no couch, so we had to scramble to find a bed for our daughter who now didn't have a place to sleep. Also, they claim that 9 of the 10 rooms have en suite bathrooms. Only 8 of the 10 have attached baths. We told the contact person about these issues and asked for some money back due to the issue with the extra bed not being available. We were never given any compensation for this. We were told they would update the listing to give proper details but I have not looked to verify that this has been done.Overall we loved the house but were disappointed by the bed issue and no assistance for that mistake.

Family Ties

The property was adequate for our particular needs. If a group with a bunch of teens was looking to book, 1 or 2 rooms with bunk beds might be a better fit. We had sets of families which were able to share a bedroom. The games provided were well received by the young ones. The location was more than adequate for the attractions in the area. Moonshine Beach is always an attraction for our group. Unfortunately, the beach was closed at this time due to high water. The stay was enjoyable.
