About this property

Beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house. 4000+ sq ft on three level living.

Main floor features living room with large flat screen tv and gas fireplace, and is open to a fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom is on the main level with on suite. 2 bedrooms/1 bath on top floor with large bonus room that's used as a kids playroom. Lower level has additional 1 bedroom/1 bath and spacious living area equipped with a pullout sofa, big screen tv and pool table. Back deck features smoker grill that you are welcome to use. House sleeps 10 comfortably.

This is a family friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors and limit the amount of noise you make when you are outside, especially in the evening hours. No parties are allowed. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell located on our front door. Parking is limited to 4 cars. All cars except 1 must be in the driveway/garage.

**Per the Town of Blacksburg code, the maximum number of adult tenants is 6. Per our HOA rules, tenants must be related. Only one unrelated adult is allowed**

Wonderful Stay for VT Football

What an awesome stay for our family of VT graduates to see VT vs NC State. Despite the loss, the house was clean and spacious. Toys for the kiddos and great hangout areas. All around, great spot. We hope to rent again from Lauren in the future!

VT weekend

We are a family of 6 adults visiting my son at Virginia Tech and catching a football game. We all loved this house .It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There’s a bedroom for everyone and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need .It is a 10 minute drive to the campus. We will be back again.

Fall VT Family Football Weekend

Immaculate, well appointed home very convenient to Virginia Tech and the perfect accommodations for a football weekend and family of 5 adults. Host was lovely to work with and we couldn't have asked for an easier process. Every need was anticipated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the beauty of the landscape and fall colors of the season. I highly recommend this rental - a beautiful home!
