☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This coastal Maine gem boasts 5 bedrooms accommodating 11 guests.

Bedroom #1 is on the main floor just off the kitchen. This bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and a closet for extra storage. There is a 32” TV, a heat pump for AC and a ceiling fan to circulate the ocean breeze.

The second floor features four generously sized bedrooms.

Bedroom #2 features both a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed with a dresser and a closet. This bedroom also has its own sink in the room, a 40” TV, a ceiling AC unit and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3 features two twin-size beds with a dresser. This bedroom also has its own sink in the room, a 20” TV, a window AC unit and a ceiling fan.

Bedrooms #4 and #5 feature queen-size beds with dresser doors built into the bed frames. These bedrooms also have their own sinks in the room, 40” TVs, ceiling AC units, ceiling fans and closets for extra storage. Both of these bedrooms have beautiful ocean views.


☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are two full bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The first bath is located on the main floor right off the kitchen for first floor convenience. This bathroom is split between two rooms. One has the walk-in shower and the washer/dryer, and the other room right around the corner has the toilet and sink, making showering for larger groups that much more convenient.

The other full bathroom is located on the second floor right outside bedrooms #2 and #3. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing the kids after a day at the beach!


☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining table seats six comfortably and is set in the middle of the kitchen. There is a coffee bar fully stocked with all the essentials needed for the coffee lovers in your group.

Just around the corner is the spacious, open living room with large windows that let in ample natural light. This room features a beautiful brick fireplace and a 55" Smart TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The front door opens up to the wrap around deck, allowing the soothing ocean breeze into the home. The living room has a heat pump for AC as well as a ceiling fan.


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The rock of the outdoor space, and frankly the entire home, is the spacious wrap around deck that has ample room for seating, lounging and enjoying a family meal outdoors. There’s a five-burner grill for guest use located on the deck, as well as a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The Hoxie House has a medium sized, fenced in back yard for the kids to play lawn games and sprawl out in the grass after a day exploring OOB.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway for guests. There is free street parking right in front of the house along Union Ave for the rest of your group.

Please note guests will have to climb 8 stairs to get into the home.

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities.

You’ll receive a unique code to the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
