Overall great experience. Hot tub only on for 2 hours a day from 5ish-7pm. Stove did not get to set temp very slow pre-heat. Great location for access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable! Very family friendly.

Great house for a large family. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of baths with large walk in showers, big kitchen. Short walk to beach! We loved having a pool in the backyard. We had a wonderful experience!

This place i just a couple of minutes from Pier Park, a 1 minute walk from the beach, yet a quite surrounding that is very relaxing. The hot tub /pool is a perfect place to relax, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We come here every year, and I will absolutely be coming back here.

The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with quick access to nearby attractions. The beach was also within walking distance, just a few minutes away.Unfortunately, there were several disappointments. When we arrived, the surrounding area smelled terrible because the trash cans were overflowing with garbage from previous tenants that hadn’t been picked up, leaving us nowhere to put our trash for much of our stay.We were especially excited about the private pool since we had our kids and grandson with us, but it was covered in algae when we arrived and unusable the first day. Maintenance cleaned it the next day, but the algae returned before the end of the week. There were also no lights in or around the pool except for old, broken yard lights, so evening swimming wasn’t possible. The advertised “steamy hot tub” was essentially a kiddie pool—the jets didn’t work and the water was the same temperature as the pool.The backyard had broken lawn chairs and a storage bench overflowing with broken items. The gas grill was extremely dirty, broken, and wouldn’t light. There were very few cooking utensils, and using the gas stove felt unsafe because a strong gas smell lingered throughout the house.Overall, for what we paid, we expected more. The pool and backyard were our biggest disappointment since that was what our family had looked forward to enjoying most.

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was a very easy walk to the beach, just straight down the street. We thought it took less than 10 minutes. The outdoor space was also very nice. We just would've liked better lighting outside.

Would recommend!

Loved the house, especially the pool and hot tub! Very easy walk to the beach and is quiet in the evenings. Very reliable communication with property manager and checking in and out was a breeze. The only knock I have is that there was some trash in and around the pool.

Responsive manager and solid property

The property was in good shape, we had some issues with the pool but the manager responded immediately and fixed the issues within hours. Property was as described in the pictures. The location is busy though, behind a parking deck and businesses. This makes it more convenient but noisy. Surround homes are rentals and we had considerable noise from neighbors. Great property and well maintained. We recommend it if you don’t mind the noise.
