Please note there are HOA application fees for the condo ($150) and master assn ($100) at Pelican landing that are NOT included in the booking price. They will be paid directly to the HOA with an application. The application will be emailed to you upon confirmed reservation. Association fees may change and host is not responsible for any increases. The rate listed is as of August 2026.
