We had an absolutely wonderful time.

The property was exactly as listed. There was plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, beds and an amazing game room. The home was very clean including everything you needed to function in the well appointed kitchen. Communication was great throughout our stay and hosts were readily available. We would absolutely recommend this home.

Perfect Family/Friend Retreat

We rented Retreat #17 for a week in August. We had just the right amount of room for the grandkids to join us for the weekend. The loved the loft area! After they left, a couple of my high school friends and their husbands came up from SoCal. Every couple had their own space and their own bathroom. It was perfect. We docked our boat at Sugarloaf which made it so easy to enjoy the lake every day. In the evenings we had a pool tournament in the basement or hung out on the deck. It was super relaxing for everyone.

Best Family Vacation

We have been coming to Shasta Lake as a family for years, and honestly no place does it the way Lori and Dave do with their retreats! Anytime we need something, they go above and beyond to answer back timely and help sort things out. My husband was disappointed the World Cup soccer games were not streaming on the TV, and we came home from a day on the lake to a Roku box waiting on our doorstep courtesy of Lori and Dave to hook up and get him back in the action. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! The house is also beautiful and we enjoy the space and the ability to book houses for the extended family without all cramming into one. Thank you!!!

Great home for two families with children

With two good size bedrooms downstairs, one with a adjoining bath one with a shared full bath with the downstairs and a large loft that we easily slept for children and probably could’ve slept two more. This is a great home easy walk to the marina.

Excellent place to stay

The property was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the listing was spot on. The owner Mark was wonderful to deal with and everything made for an amazing vacation. The house is right next to the marina and allowed us to dock the boat with ease.

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights. House was just like it looked in the pictures. Super quick response from owners when we needed something. They also checked in to make sure we were happy with everything. Good neighborhood. We had a great time. We were planning our next trip before we left.

Comfortable home, great location

We had a wonderful week stay in Sugarloaf. This home is well stocked and has a perfect layout for families. We enjoyed our meals on the patio and were frequently visited by deer. Beautiful setting and the marina is close by.
