Property was lovely and very spacious. The beds were all comfortable with plenty extra linens. The kitchen was well equipped and the yard was wonderful for children. We will definitely book this property again!

Just Perfect

Gorgeous home - comfortable beds - great host. Renting a boat and docking at the house was so easy and convenient. My family would love to return. Even the baby (2 years old) asked if we could come back. Thanks Anna.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The home was very pretty and clean. Anna was a wonderful host—she was friendly, responsive, and did her best to help when we ran into an issue.Unfortunately, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working when we arrived. A temporary replacement unit was brought in the next day, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room. We weren’t able to use that bedroom and had to sleep on the couch in the loft for the rest of our stay.We also noticed a strong unpleasant smell in the upstairs bedroom. Someone came out to inspect it and thought it might be related to the A/C units, but the odor remained during our visit.We were disappointed that we weren’t able to fully enjoy and use the entire home as intended. Sleeping in the loft wasn’t ideal, especially since there isn’t a bathroom nearby, so we had to walk across the house each time we needed to use one. We booked the home expecting everyone to be able to comfortably use the bedrooms that were advertised.Despite these issues, we made the best of our trip and really enjoyed spending time outside. The swimming area by the boat dock, along with the kayaks and paddleboard, were definitely highlights of our stay.While we appreciated Anna’s responsiveness and enjoyed many aspects of the property, these issues did have a significant impact on our overall experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at our VRBO house in Guntersville. It is on the lake for direct water access, with a pier where the grandchildren caught many fish daily. We rented a pontoon party barge and loved cruising and swimming off the boat. This house had everything the adults and children needed or wanted--well furnished, very clean, cold A/C, plenty of space, beds, game room, BBQ grill, fire pit, floats for swimming, and more. Ducks came in the back yard daily and the neighbor gave the grands feed for the ducks---they had a ball! This is our 4th VRBO and the kids all said this was "the best by far"! We did not want to leave and we all want to come back!!! Thank you Anna!

Nice house and good friendly neighbors. Everything was accurate on the listing. But parking with 6 bass boats was challenging but we made it work.
