This apartment is located in the same 200 year old house as the dependance. With app. 60 sqm (645 sq ft) it has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a living area. It is ideal for singles, couples and small families of three. The beach is within 10 min walking distance.

The interior is decorated in contemporary style with a few antiques, Mediterranean Vietri floor tiles, wooden parquet, and local art works. The bedroom's balcony and living room's windows are offering sea and sunset views. From the studio it's less than 1 minute walk (50 meters) to the piazza with a good choice of restaurants and bars, and a 10 minutes walk to the beach at Pizzo Marina.

Schmuckstück in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung: Blitzsauber, liebevoll dekoriert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bei der Ausstattung wurde an jedes kleinste Detail gedacht, selbst der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken befüllt... Besonderes Plus: eine eigene Garage mit direktem Zugang zur Wohnung. Die Lage: Besser geht nicht! Der Blick vom kleinen Balkon im Schlafzimmer auf das türkise Meer bzw. den täglichen Sonnenuntergang - ein Traum! Wenige Schritte zur piazza, um dort gemütlich zu frühstücken, einen Aperitiv zu nehmen oder vorzüglich zu schlemmen. Die Gastgeber: Herzlich, zuvorkommend, aufmerksam, perfekt! Pizzo, wir kommen wieder!

Au delà de nos attentes

Parfois les photos sont engageantes mais on est déçus en arrivant ce qui n’ est pas le cas pour ce studio qui est magnifique, encore plus charmant que ne le montrent les images de présentation. Susan nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a fourni toutes les explications nécessaires et fait visiter Pizzo, nous conseillant restaurants et commerces. Le garage est un vrai atout pour se déplacer librement.

Unsere PERFEKTE Hochzeitsreise

Wo soll ich anfangen... Die Wohnung hoch über dem Meer, sauber, tolle Einrichtung, nebenan die Altstadt mit vielen Läden, Bars und Restaurants, und dieser Ausblick...diese Sonnenuntergänge haben wir noch nie so gesehen. Mit einem Glas Wein dabei auf dem Balkon zu sitzen war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Der Strand ist nicht so überlaufen, mit klarem Wasser und zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zurück war bei den Temperaturen etwas anstrengend aber die 10!!! Euro für 3 Minuten mit dem Ape-Taxi kann man sich echt sparen und lieber durch die alten Straßen wandeln. Wichtig: ein kleines Auto mieten, denn die Straßen sind soooo eng. Zum Glück gehörte eine Garage zur Wohnung. Susan und Angelo haben uns die perfekte Hochzeitsreise ermöglicht. Wir können nicht oft genug DANKE sagen. Es war für uns das erste aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. Also nochmal GRAZIE!!! Liebe Grüße von Armando und Anne

SEJOUR A PIZZO CHEZ SUZAN

Nous étions dans cet appartement du 12 Août au 23 Août 2017 , nous avons passé des vacances sublimes , un superbe accueil des propriétaires , un appartement superbe , tout le confort , très spacieux c'est très agréable , une vue exceptionnelle , face à la mer , sans oublier le spectacle fabuleux du coucher du soleil, la place de Pizzo avec des Gélatérias exceptionnelles avec la glace " LE TARTUFFO " sublime . "MANIFICO " la plage tout à côté en descendant par un raccourci par les petites ruelles . Tout pour passer d'excellents vacances , nous le recommandons à tout le monde .

Nette, saubere Ferienwohnung, unkomplizierte Buchung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in dem pittoresken Städtchen. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Man kann jeden Abend einen schönen Sonnenuntergang von dem kleinen Balkons genießen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato cinque gg in questo fantastico appartamento arredato con gusto e con una vista spettacolare.. Grazie alla proprietaria Susan che ha curato tutto nei minimi particolari, dettagli compresi e grazie al sig.Angelo che si è preso cura di noi. Se ritorneremo in Calabria sicuramente lo studio bellavista sarà la nostra scelta, perfetto per la sera e come punto di partenza la mattina per le varie spiagge.. grazie di tutto

We are an Italian-German Family, living partly in Italy, partly in Asia.
We have renovated two over 200 year old properties in Pizzo. After a successful introduction of our "Palazzo Pizzo Residence" we are now welcoming guests at the "Dependence delle Grazie" and at "Studio Bellavista". All three vacation rentals are located in the centro storico di Pizzo Calabro.

Why they chose this property

Why Pizzo? Pizzo is a picturesque little south italian town perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, ideally located just 25 km from international airport Lamezia Terme (SUF). While residing in the historic town center you do not need a car as bars, restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. Pizzo is famous for its delicious ice cream, especially the 'tartufo' as well as for the Castello Murat and the Piedigrotta church. This little town is lively all year round and well positioned between Amalfi and Sicily.

It is located in the heart of the old town of Pizzo with stunning views over the sea, beach, pier, castello and the roofs of Pizzo Marina. The bars and restaurants are a stone's throw away and the beach within 10 minutes walking distance. On clear days you can see Stromboli, which is especially beautiful during sunsets. The studio is a small and cozy apartment with a private bedroom, a bright living room and a well equipped kitchen.
