Beautifully kept and clean home. Comfortable beds and Fresh linens and towels in all the bathrooms. The owner was so nice & communicative. It is near grocery stores, fast food and restaurants. We enjoyed how nice the neighborhood was and how quiet, we loved using the fire pit outdoors. The only negative, was that when I was looking for a place to stay. I typed in “with a pool” and this location came up. The pool is the 1st photo you see on the website, but the pool is not open to guests, “only to the residence, or if you stay 60 days.” So that was disappointing, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay very, Very much. Since there was no pool, or hot tub. I’ll give the stay an 8 of 10.

What a wonderful place to stay! This rental has everything you need for a peaceful, quiet stay. The rental is in a very nice area of Goodyear with many amenities in the area. We booked this rental for a month long reprieve from the cold, north winter. The hosts for this property are exceptional communicators. Any questions we had were answered immediately. An outstanding property and we look forward to returning soon!

What a wonderful location for us. The Goodyear area has a lot of fun things for us to do. The home was perfect. Lovely back patio with fire pit and beautiful trees. The home was very clean and modern anything we needed was available. Text the owner several times on questions and they were quickly back with answers. Ruth seems wonderful and would like to meet her sometime. Colleen and I were very happy to stay here even though there was a heat wave in Phoenix and it was 100 every day. Thanks again, Ruth.

Great option in Estrella

My mom and her friend came to visit for a week. We didn't have enough spare rooms and we set them up in Beth's VRBO. The home was very clean and as listed. The backyard was a great space to hang out. Beth was very responsive to communication and made sure the stay was a great one for our family. Would recommend Beth's property to others in the future!
