Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is in the best location! I personally live in the neighborhood as well. We are surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, downtown Raleigh, PNC Arena, NC State, Red Hat Amphitheater, Walnut Creek, Koko Booth, and so much more! In addition, it is a great location if you have a need to be close to the hospitals as well. Right near 40, airport 20 minutes away!

I believe this property is unique in it's location. Everything is right at you. In addition, the cleanliness of the property. I take great pride in assuring that all guests feel welcomed and have a great experience in a beautiful home!
