House located in Praia Dura with surveillance 24/7. The beach is very quiet and safe for children. At the opposite end is good for surfers. For those who like to walk or run, they are 1800 from one end to the other. The house is at the foot of the Atlantic Forest, with many trails filled with beautiful views and waterfalls. On the property there is a lounge with ping pong table. There is facility for boat rentals for walks in the bays and visit to Anchieta Island.
