Overall the property is nice with an easy check in and easy communication with the owner. A few of the reasons for only 3 stars was: the awkward layout of the house, the 4th room is off of the master and there is no air circulation while the tv and above tv lighting are all wired to the same switch that makes it impossible to turn an overhead light off and still watch tv; the floors left our feet black from arrival; the stove could use an upgrade or some work as none of the burners cooked hot enough to brown the sausage we were trying to cook; and the trash/recycling bin schedule is a little offputting, especially when arriving on a Monday and the bins are already full and smell horrific. Again, to reiterate, it was NOT a horrible experience but based on other experiences in the area and other rentals of this price around the country, it was not the best experience.
