This Private Basement in a beautiful townhome boasts 1 lovely bedroom, 1 bathroom, a huge living area with large tv and a kitchen nook area with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Perfect for a cozy getaway, this gorgeous property offers a welcoming atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. This is located 10 minutes from NC State, Downtown Raleigh, Red Hat where great concerts are held and the PNC Arena. It is 15 minutes away from Walnut Creek! 20 minutes from the airport and 2 miles from Wake Med Hospital. It is in the Crossroads area of Cary NC with a Raleigh address. You can walk to shopping and restaurants. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying a quiet night in, this charming basement has everything you need for a memorable stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. In addition, you have your own private entrance with parking there and complete privacy!

Beautiful cozy place

Stay was great love the venue. If they had tv for the bedroom and iron & iron board this would’ve been perfect. A little confusing on arrival due to no indication of house number on back entrance or paved path too door outside of those little things I would gladly stay again.

The inside was great and would use this location again. To get inside though, you need to walk through the yard that slopes to a storm drain that you will walk past. So, if it's raining your shoes will likely get wet.

This was one of the best stays I have had with VRBO. Susan was an amazing host. She is literally on standby with any questions, or concerns you may have regarding the property. The property looks exactly how it is shown in the pictures and is very clean and smells amazing as soon as you walk in the door. Location is very convenient and the house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I look forward to booking with Susan again if I return back to the area again.
