Semana fantástica

Não conhecia Florianópolis ainda e minha experiência foi sensacional, tivemos uma semana maravilhosa. O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, com piscina, estacionamento coberto e restaurante próximo, o proprietário Sr Léo é muito prestativo e atencioso, foi um excelente anfitrião. As praia são lindas e como fomos fora de temporada, conseguimos se deslocar com facilidade de uma praia a outra. Já estamos planejando a volta, pois bate uma tristeza na hora de ir embora. Foi simplesmente incrível.

Um ótimo apartamento, em um condomínio maravilhoso

Foi uma ótima experiência, o apartamento é bonito e funcional. A estrutura do condomínio é ótima (piscina externa, piscina aquecida, banheira de hidromassagem, churrasqueiras). Apenas deixo algumas pontuais observações, a coifa da cozinha não está funcionando, cozinhar as vezes se torna desagradável sem tal item. O anúncio não informava que a máquina de lavar roupas é coletiva (sem problemas quanto a isso, a lavanderia coletiva do condomínio é ótima). Os talheres estão meio escassos e desgastados, talvez seja um bom momento para dar um up neste item. E por fim o controle do portão não me foi entregue já que não estava funcionando por causa de uma bateria, problema simplérrimo que eu mesmo teria resolvido, o que teria tornado minha estada mais confortável. No mais as críticas são breves e quase irrelevantes diante dos bônus de ocupar este imóvel, o proprietário é uma pessoa honesta e atenciosa, recomendo a todos do Alugue Temporada

Ficamos eu, minha esposa e dois filhos, de 08 e 10 anos, do dia 09 ao dia 23 de janeiro de 2017. Posso dizer que o proprietário é extremamente atencioso e responde rapidamente. O apartamento é exatamente o que está nas fotos. É muito confortável. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem, assim como o wifi e a TV a cabo. O prédio tem uma excelente estrutura, piscina descoberta e outra coberta e aquecida, jacuzzi, salão de jogos e, ainda, um excelente restaurante por quilo, na entrada do condomínio. Recomendo bastante.

Ficamos hospedados 11 dias no apartamento e só temos elogios a fazer, ótima estrutura do condomínio e do próprio apartamento. Localização muito boa também. Proprietário solícito ao que precisamos. indicamos e voltaremos.
