If you are looking for the ultimate in luxury and privacy at Schweitzer, you’ve found it. Our Mountain Getaway is a brand new custom log home in the gated Spires Community above Schweitzer Village. A true masterpiece with more than 3500 square feet of perfection. Ski in and out via the Spires Neighborhood private trails or take the short drive down to the village, we’ve setup gear lockers in both the garage and the main level gear room depending on what you want to do.

After arriving to Our Mountain Getaway’s heated driveway and two car heated garage you’ll make your way up to the main level where you’re greeted with the breathtaking lake views from the living area, professionally designed and outfitted with custom, locally made furniture. A grand two story gas fireplace is the centerpiece of this custom designed home. The kitchen has been professionally outfitted with the highest quality accoutrements, from handmade dishes by Heath Ceramics, a Mocca Master Coffee maker, Made In brand cookware and wine glasses, just to name a few. Locally created and sourced art abounds in this home. Vaulted ceilings on the main level show off both the craftsmanship of the home itself as well as the view of Lake Pend Oreille down below. The main level also hosts a King guest room with en-suite bathroom and heated deck with views of the valley and lake below, as well as a queen guest room, full bathroom, the laundry/mud/ski in/out room and finally the hot tub with fully powered cover and views for miles. The upper level hosts the enormous master suite with a secret loft area to get away from it all and also the kids’ double bunk room with its own hideaway nook.

You’ll also find Smart TV’s in every room with You Tube TV, Netflix, and Disney+ already logged in and ready to go. SONOS soundbars paired to the TVs but also the ability to stream music to them instead of watching TV. Whole home humidification system reduces the static electricity and breathing issues common to Alpine homes. Zoned heating (and cooling in the summer), a whole home backup generator are just a few of the custom features that make you feel right at home. The only problem you’ll have is leaving to go home at the end of your stay.

Also included during your stay are four complimentary ski passes good for every day of you stay (a $550 per day value based on adult window lift tickets), grocery delivery (only offered through First Turns Property Management), complimentary wine, coffee, and pantry items for snacking on in between ski runs.

Insurance is required and will be quoted in your stay.

A Season Pass release will need to be signed by the primary renter before the passes will be made available.

A separate rental agreement will be sent after your reservation is booked and needs to be signed by the primary renter

Cleaning Fee: $550 (This includes drain, cleaning, and refilling the hot tub between guests)

Minimum Stays:
Winter: 3 nights
Spring, Summer, Fall: 2 nights

Discounts:
1 week or more: 14% (basically 7th night free)
30 days or more in winter: 25% (no taxes on stays over 30 days)
30 days or more during spring/summer/fall: 50% or more (no taxes on stays over 30 days)
