A short and easy 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach and the Marina of St' Ambroggio (mini market butcher, bakery, fishmonger, newsagent, restaurant, diving club, and boat rental). The semi-detached 3 room bungalow house of around 100 square metres (1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a large third bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, ceiling v-lux windows) all with air conditioning.
It benefits from a terrace covered from the shade with a pergola and a private garden with artificial grass. The rooms and bathroom benefit from windows on the ceiling and not the side, whereas the living room has large glass doors providing access to the terrace. It is equipped with all comforts required for a relaxed family holiday. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Located at a walking distance from the St Ambroggio beach, one of the most protected beaches from winds and waves in the Balagne region, it provides great access to the wealth of activities in the region. Calenzana, a 15 minutes drive-away is the start of the famous GR20 route, one of the most beautiful hiking routes in France. The coast between Calvi and Ile Rousse has many beaches which are great for families. Algajola (5 minutes drive) and Calvi (15 minutes drive) have lots of sports activities (water skiing, windsurf, kayak, cycling, mountain bike, scuba diving...). The Balagne has some of the most beautiful mountain villages in Corsica, combining great food, cultural activities and magnificent scenery.
