Our stay was great! We had 6 adults and 3 little kids. House was bigger than it looked in the photos. Many different sitting areas on the property which was so nice since we had a big group. We brought our boat and had a blast riding through rainbow river. The water is beautiful! It was probably a 20 min ride (idle speed) until you started to see crystal clear waters. Host was very responsive any time I reached out. The only thing I felt like we were missing was beach/pool towels. If we were to come back, I’d bring them with us.

Great location and outdoor space

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay close to family. However, the outdoor patio and kitchen space really sold us and was a perfect place to cook, swim and hangout with the family.

This was an absolutely amazing property to stay at it accommodated me, and friends and family. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The scenery is absolutely beautiful lots of amenities and felt very spacious to accommodate everyone, very clean and a lot larger than we all expected, I will definitely be booking here in the future!

This home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or request. We especially loved the screened-in areas—they were perfect for relaxing—and the outdoor kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have asked for and more.The only suggestion we have is to add a control panel or interface for guests to operate the spa directly. That said, the host mentioned they are already working on a solution to make this feature more convenient, which we really appreciated.

Spring Break for 10

The pictures don't do it justice. We opted for a beach alternative for Spring Break with parents and adult children and this was perfect! So many living spaces, and with the extra house it was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Highlights were making full use of the outdoor kitchen, about an hour kayak to Swampys, figuring out the patio surround sound to enjoy tv from the hot tub (be sure to call to have the hot tub turned on), sunning on the 2nd floor balcony, movie nights on the big white sofa, the upstairs kitchen, several ice makers and built in coolers, the views from all of the panoramic screens, and the ability to spread out! We loved the place and would love to visit again!

- The property is lovely and is close to as advertised. Apart from one of the‘bedrooms’ may not quite be a bedroom but is really a bed in an upstairs living room based on the set up. You have to pass through that bedroom to get to the main bedroom. We enjoyed the amenities including the grill and hot tub and pool. We weren’t clear on how to turn on the tub and eventually had to reach out to the owner. It has to be turned on by them remotely. The owner is more than happy to leave it on for the period of time you ask. Despite those concerns we all enjoyed the stay. Just be clear on the set up because if 4 couples go expecting privacy, one is going to be disappointed.Unfortunately, there was a 350 penalty for damages. We were aware we had broken a bowl in the kitchen but there was also a report of markings on the sofa and something else that I can’t remember. but we weren’t aware of them until we were told. 350 seemed excessive to me but there was little to do at that point as we had left, so we accepted the responsibility. I was surprised when I was told that the cleaners said it was the worst they had seen the space especially when we made the effort to clean the space before we left. I suppose that is the nature of the home rental beast.
