NO weddings, engagement, baby showers, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette, any work related group outings, etc. This is a VACATION home to relax, recharge, and reconnect. No parties whatsoever, you'll be asked to leave immediately if there is a party. Our neighbors will call us if there is a party. Exterior Video cameras are present for your safety and to deter parties.
- Hot Tub Rules (Use at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty, Shower before entering to keep water clean, No food, drinks, or glass containers in or near the tub, Children must be supervised at all times - No children under 12. Do not use the hot tub if pregnant or intoxicated. Close and Lock cover when not in use. Max usage time: 20 minutes per session)
