Wonderfull home and property with river views. There were plenty of activities to do outside and inside. Everything was clean and organized. The shed was clean and well equiped with paddle boards and Kayaks and anything else you would want or need to enjoy the river or outdoors. The host was also wonderful and easy to work with.

Loved our stay. Highlights of our girls trip here were definitely the inflatable paddleboard’s available that we used to paddle to the blue gator restaurant, the hot tub & the wild turkeys we saw in the evening! Paddling back to this property at sunset was truly magical!

This home had a very well stocked kitchen with condiments and coffee. Plenty of games to play and a movie screen for movie night. Very kind hostess who was easily accessible. Beautiful quiet backyard on a tributary leading to the springs. Very enjoyable weekend.

Beautiful get-away!

The house was lovely and the location was perfect. Lots of wildlife on a private river yet close enough to kayak to Crystal River and restaurants. Then add relaxing in the hottub and viewing the stars around the firepit-the perfect vacation!

Amazing spot for an extended family trip

We loved our time at Megan’s home. From the get go she was super communicative and full of helpful local suggestions for our family trip (3 families with multiple kids). The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend!
