The building has 24 hour security, pool, gym, sauna, multipurpose room, laundry and much more to make your stay unforgettable.
The apartment is very cute, very bright, and has excellent quality furniture so you can enjoy.
One bedroom with queen size bed, bedside tables with breakfast tray, watchmen led with usb.
Livingroom with very comfortable chairs, Smart TV ( Netflix), WIFI, modern kitchen with table to eat, and everything necessary for cooking and eating (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc.)
very spacious bathroom, balcony overlooking the pool building.
All rooms have air conditioning/heating .
All you need to bring your clothes, of the rest I will take care! (Sheets, towels, shampoo, cream rinse, soap, etc.)

El departamento es muy lindo, muy luminoso, y tiene muebles de excelente calidad para que lo puedan disfrutar.
Un dormitorio con cama queen size, mesitas de luz con bandeja desayunadora, veladores led con usb, caja de seguridad.
Living con silln muy cmodo, Smart tv (Netflix), WIFI, cocina moderna con mesada para comer, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer (cafetera, tostadora, pava elctrica, vajilla, cubiertos, etc.)
Bao muy amplio, balcn con vista a la pileta del edificio.
Todos los ambientes tienen aire acondicionado frio/calor.
Lo nico que necesitas traer es ropa, de todo lo dems me ocupo yo! (sabanas, toallas, shampoo, crema de enjuague, jabn, etc.)

Excellent Location, grocery stores, a few restaurants, and money exchange were all within walking distance. The building security and maintenance staff were courteous and helpful. The two elevators were modern and clean. The pool was wonderful and the gym was nice to have, great view from the 10th floor while working out. I loved the shower! I’m tall and it was so nice not to have to duck under it. The bedroom and closet were very nice. The hair dryer came in handy. The kitchen was nice for breakfast, quick lunch, or to reheat leftovers. It’s not outfitted to cook a dinner or larger meal. The filtered water in the kitchen was a plus. Will stay again.

Excellent Location

The location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The building was secure with 24 hour staff and the folks in the building were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Living well in Palermo

This was a great place to stay. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Fresh, clean, modern look with all the conveniences of home. Great neighborhood, well located on Raul Scalabrini-Ortiz a safe, well-lit main thoroughfare in BsAs. Public transportation is excellent, but taxis are plentiful. Fun and lively area with terrific shops, restaurants, and wine bars. (Don't miss La Malbequería at the corner of Cabrera + Gurruchaga!)

Apartment Review

The apartment was excellent, clean, towels, soap and shampoo were provided. TVs in living room and bedroom. Nice Kitchen with large fridge. The area is great to explore BA with easy bus connections to all the major areas. In the evenings we went to 3 different restaurants (all good) over the three nights all within a two block radius from the apartment. Very safe with security guard on front door.

Apartment in Palmero

Generous sized apartment as advertised. Plenty of space; I traveled solo but I believe this could handle 3-4 people. Well set up for meal perp; refrigerator is plenty big. Water pressure throughout is great. Probably best thing is location: very near groceries, restaurants, shops, parks, bus and not too far to Subte. Neighborhood felt very safe, police station nearby. Lobby is secure. Much quieter than I expected being on a busy street.
