Charming Adirondack Style Summer Home

SEPTEMBER SPECIAL…BOOK THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY, NIGHTS & GET SUNDAY NIGHT FREE. Located across from historic Lake George Village. Lake George is one of the regions most beautiful lakes nestled in the Adirondack Mountains, it's breathtaking!

Fully furnished private home located on a private side street with semi-private beach access and lake view. Lake George village is less than a mile away and in walking distance. Enjoy mini golf, arcades, exceptional dining, entertainment, bike trails, hiking and shopping.

For those who enjoy golf there are numerous public courses located in the area. The Great Escape theme park is 15 minutes away. Saratoga Racetrack is a short 30 minute ride south of Lake George and offers more excitement for the family.

Every Thursday night watch fireworks from the semi-private beach (July 4th thru Labor Day).

There are so many things to do from fishing, swimming, boating, para sailing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, tubing, and water skiing or you can just relax in your private back yard or down at the semi-private beach.

Right down the road is a recreation area that provides tennis, basketball and a playground area appropriate for all ages. We also have two kayaks available to rent during your stay, ask host for details.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please close & lock awnings & windows unless instructed to leave open. Keys should be put back in the lockbox.
If you are vacating on a Sunday please move trash cans to the end of the driveway.
Make sure ceiling fans and lights are off. And if heaters were used please turn off the breakers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS allowed. Service animals are considered & require approval. An addtl' fee will be applied towards your reservation for service animals.
No smoking in the house or on screened porch.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Contact The owner if additional parking is needed.

Lovely home in a nice location. Host Sheri was very responsive with any questions we had. Road leading to home was in need of repair, and a/c would have made the stay more comfortable. Otherwise, would be 5 star!

Lake George Stay

Clean and well maintained property. Private Beach area is small but Million Dollar Beach and village is within walking distance. Host was responsive to all our needs. Cottage is quite lovely and neighborhood is quiet.

Serenity at Lake George

Lovely stay in an Adirondack furnished home. Beds were comfy and many cooking and family gathering possibilities from the kitchen to the outdoor areas. Screened in porch and walking distance to restaurants was a plus!

Quiet Get-A-Way

Quaint cottage near Lake George. Very clean and host was very attentive to our needs. Located on the east side of lake which was nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of the west side. Highly recommend.

Nice house on Lake George

Very nice house and property. Short walk to the lake. Nice backyard, of course plenty of things to do. Living room ceiling needs a bit of work. And the fact that it didn't have air conditioning was not a problem at all. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Best vacation EVER!!!!!

My family had a fantastic time at Sheri's Lake George cottage. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The closeness to the beach and town are perfect. Sheri was the perfect host. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Will be back next year.

perfect for us

It was the perfect cottage for us (3 night stay). We wanted something close to everything but far enough out to be quiet. We hope to come back someday. Although we were not interested in swimming, there is a beach just down the street.

Best summer vacation!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our week long trip to Lake George. The house is in walking distance of Lake George village, has access to a private beach and is a 2 minute walk from usher park/small public beach. The house is spacious, relaxing and a perfect place to unwind. Cherie was a great host and super responsive. Can’t wait to come back!!!
