Pull up a stool at the island for casual bites, then head up to the spacious rooftop deck for alfresco lounging.

Outdoors, you’ll find a fire pit and mounted TV—perfect for game days and relaxing evenings under the stars. When it’s time for some friendly competition, the garage has been transformed into a game room with ping pong and beer pong tables, plus a cozy hangout area and smart TV. WiFi and in-home laundry add everyday convenience.

• Bedroom 3 (3rd floor): Full-over-full bunk plus twin trundle; ensuite bathroom with glass walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 4 (3rd floor): Queen bed and smart TV; ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Important Things to Note

• Multi-level home: stairs are required.

• Parking: First-come, first-served parking for up to 4 vehicles. Arrival tip—at the complex entrance, turn into the parking area, go left, then take an immediate right in front of the row of garages. • • The unit is at the end of the row on the left; the first-come spaces are to the right.

• Exterior security: One Ring camera is located above the front door and monitors the exterior/sidewalk only.

• Not pet friendly: We’re unable to host pets at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
