Our host was very kind and friendly. She greeted us at the front gate and encouraged us to use the facilities and get involved in resort activities. We had everything we needed for a month in the sunshine!

The unit was excellent, our family had a wonderful and enjoyable time. While the unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated in a fantastic resort, the BEST part of this rental is the host. Most of the host on VRBO have been great, but this host went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us and to be sure we had a wonderful trip. We are looking forward to returning to this unit the next time we are able to travel to Sarasota. We will recommend this unit and HIGHLY recommend this host to all of our family and friends in the future.

Absolutely Everything you need!

This place is ready to live in! Absolutely anything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, linens and cleaning supplies. There is a lot of room for privacy even though it is small. The furnishings are very comfortable. There are a couple of stairs between the rooms, just fyi. There is a washer and dryer, grill, and 2 patios. I would recommend it and the host to everyone.
