The Space:

Step into a refined coastal retreat designed for relaxation and convenience. This first-floor villa eliminates the need for elevators, providing immediate access to the resort's boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean. The interior features a partially updated floor plan with a bright living area, a comfortable pull-out sofa, and a television for evening entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, allowing for effortless meal preparation. For sleeping arrangements, the villa offers a private master bedroom and unique child-sized bunk beds built into the hallway. These bunks are separated from the main living area by a privacy door, making it an ideal layout for families. High-quality finishes and coastal decor throughout ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere for your island stay.

To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following requirements:

Check-In: Minimum rental age is 25. A valid ID and credit card are required.

Parking: One complimentary parking pass is provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $35.

Policies: This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Unauthorized pets or smoking will result in immediate eviction and restoration fees.

Supplies: While the kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware, guests should bring their own "pantry basics" such as oil, salt, pepper, and specialty utensils like chopsticks.

Prohibited Items: E-bikes are not permitted within the resort community.
