This home was absolutely gorgeous and just as pictured! All the amenities were available and as stated. The gated entry added to the wow factor and privacy of the property. My family had a great time, and I would definitely recommend to others. We visited in June after a few very rainy days, so the mosquitos and other bugs were in full effect and aggressive. The fishing wasn't good mainly due to no coverage from a dock, but the property is still wonderful.

We were a group of 11 adults and two little ones age 3 and 5. This property had SO MUCH to do for everyone. We did everything I believe: swimming pool, putting green, pool table, poker, paddle boards on lake, Movie room. The pool accommodated the little ones as well as adults. The accommodations were as described on VRBO. It was clean and comfortable and large enough for us all to be together for meals and visiting either on the deck, inside main house, or in the big Game “room” which is its own living space and a flat above it. It is a fantastic place! Communication from start to finish was excellent and I was astonished to find coffee creamer was delivered to our door the first night when I notified our VRBO host that we would not have enough for our stay the rest of the week! Thank you Tanya for being so attentive to our needs.

We stayed at American Spa for a family reuinion. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. When we arrive, one of the coffee maker carafes was not working and they had a new coffe maker delivered within the hour. Kids loved the hot tub, pool, and movie room. We rented a Pontoon for a day and could easily pick and and drop off people in our crew throughout the day.

The house was amazing and well laid out. Having the main bedroom , kitchen and living room all on the entry level really helped my parents who would have struggled with stairs. The only issues we had were:1) that the cookware wasn't very easy to use when we made breakfast - no non-stick pans effectively.2) the rec room doesn't have a bathroom, meaning that people enjoying it had to go to the main building.Overall a wonderful experience.

The location top notch the rooms extra rooms game room just a joy to Walk in to the unit unpack and have nothing to worry about. Everything you needed there after you make a grocery stop. Beautiful location, we enjoyed every inch of this place even the hot tub, sauna, the movie theater game room. Seating for 14 we all sat together on the back porch and then had a night of 25 eating all had a place no eating on lap. The porches are made for having your first cup of coffee in the morning or waiting foeRain to move on just so relaxing. Great job!!! Every unit had its own refrigerator and ice maker and a small kitchen with coffee pots no matter where you slept. Great job?
