The owner's description of the property was accurate. The condo was exactly as represented. I am sure it's difficult to describe comfort and that "homey" feeling, but Our Li'l Getaway was our home away from home for a week while we enjoyed golfing Pawley's Plantation. Tricia was excellent in the content and timing of her responses - and so friendly. I forgot a gifted/beloved water bottle and she arranged to have it promptly shipped to me. That's service! I would highly recommend this VBRO. Thank you Tricia!

The condo quads are scattered under shady trees and have a view of golf fairway. We ate one meal in the clubhouse at Panama Jacks bar& grill, which was good. It was too early in the season for swimming at the pool. We appreciated the comfortable living room furniture!

Pawleys Plantation March 2025

Property was perfect for my wife and I. Very cozy, overlooking the 11th fairway. Unit was fantastic and extremely well equipped. Great location for good golf and excellent restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone headed to that area.

We will rent this unit again! It is very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. It has recliners, and the couch reclines too! We're older and love to put our feet up in the evening. The living room has a large tv as do the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable! The screened-in porch in the back of the unit overlooks the golf course, and it has an outdoor dining table with chairs and two large rocking/swivel chairs. The front porch has two rocking chairs. We had an enjoyable and accommodating stay.
