Located on Cedar Lake in Nashua, Iowa, you will walk just steps out the back door to Cedar Lake. Hate bugs? Imagine eating dinner and having drinks in the screened in porch while you watch the sun set over the lake. Take a relaxing soak in the always freshly filled hot tub. Lake Shore Park is 2 blocks up the street and includes a 1-mile walking trail, boat launch with a sand beach and gazebo overlooking the lake. We also have 2 kayaks,2 bicycles, a canoe, fire ring, laundry and a 52-inch television. Everything you will ever need, plus! The security of being in town with all the privacy of your own place and everything is included...no additional amenity charges!

My parents bought the tiny house and transformed it to the place of their dreams. We boated, fished and loved every minute of each others company. I want all my guests to have times like that with the ones they love.
Why they chose this property
My Dad trusted me to keep his project alive and make sure our family continues the legacy of hard work and great fun.
What makes this property unique
The hot tub is small enough that it is easily filled with clean water after each visit. This limits excess chemical usage in trying to 'keep' the same water.
