The spacious chef’s kitchen on the main level features an electric range and is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to create delicious meals. The dining table comfortably seats 4, and the breakfast bar offers additional seating with 3-5 chairs.

Take a serene walk around our neighborhood that offers some water features and a community swimming pool!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In accordance with our policy and insurance, please send a copy of your driver’s license. The top bunk beds hold a maximum of 180 lbs.
Parking for 2 cars + two next to us that is shared - street parking not allowed. Local reservations (within 30 miles) are not accepted.
NO PETS NO PARTIES NO firearms, fireworks, and any weapons NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS. $500 fine enforced and it will reflect in your review.

We will be back!

Property was wonderful! Very spacious for our group and perfect location. Pool was literally behind us and the beach was such a short drive! Family oriented beach! Katie was such a wonderful host, very quick immediate responses to our questions and any issues we had! We plan on staying here every year we visit! Highly highly recommend!
