Stone gas fireplace, with granite top kitchen, dining room, 2 bedroom and 2 bath and laundry room, large TV screens, wifi, fireplace with a flick of a switch, Loft overlooking water, beautiful! Surrounded by water, Park-like & Flower & Garden yard- Resort feel and on water and sits on the harbor adjacent Fox River. Ducks, eagles, fishing capital of the world with walleys, bluegill, perch, white bass, etc. Brick patio in back and a large dock & seawall with rocking bench, lounge-type chairs. Front yard is just as beautiful! Propane firepit, 2 car driveway. 5 Star property!

Be sure back glass Screen door is closed all the way so wind won't blow it open. Then lock the main BACK door, not screen. Now when you leave from FRONT door...just use key to lock up &put in mailbox

Be sure both toilets are NOT running and all water faucets turned off.

NO SHOES PAST RUG. ASH FLOORS were just SANDED and SEALED. Shoe off before entering or use shoe covers I have by front door.

Do not open windows Bdrm ok at night. Sunsetter needs to be closed.Umbrellas in back yard closed and if windy take out of holder's and lay on ground.

Regarding garden: you can have tomatoes, a zucchini or two, a few green beans for dinner ok. DO NOT pick green peppers, they need to turn red.

We want to make people feel welcomed and have a restful stay with comfortable beds. We want you to enjoy the view and Fox River watching the boats go by, ducks and geese in the area and some of my flowers around the outside. The side yards are small but your back and front views are great. Know one to block your views. Also enjoy Direct TV with all the multiple channels. I have coffee and tea for you. And provide a few other things so you don't have to run out and buy anything right away. If you like to cook, there is a Large refrigerator and freezer to use if needed! Cold water and ice dispenser on refrigerator door. I'm here to PLEASE, so please let me know what I can do to make your stay fantastic!
