This gated community, golf course adjacent, ground level 1 bedroom 2 bath condo is fully stocked and the pool is steps from your door.
Your very comfortable 900 sq ft one bedroom condo has a king size bed in the full bedroom and an extra pull-down queen murphy bed for extra sleeping in the living room. There's also a full size washer and dryer in the guest bathroom for your unlimited use. The living room and bedroom have sliding doors that open to a private patio with mountain views. Brand new AC, triple pane windows, and window shades for optimum temperature control. Wifi and an oversized smart TV with cable, including sports channels, and access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Working coffee/scrabble table as well as several games and toys in the hall closet. You have three pools to choose from... one salt water. They're all within walking distance and the closest pool is less than 40 feet from your front door.
