Welcome to Your Emerald Coast Escape!

Located just 150ft from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach, this cozy 1BR/1BA condo is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Step across the street for gated access to 200ft of private beach. From March–October, beach service is included—with two chairs and an umbrella set up daily, ready for you to enjoy.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with bar seating, vaulted ceilings, and no one above you (third-floor, top-unit privacy!). Please note there’s no elevator, but the stairs are narrow and easy to navigate.

Walk to Kenny D’s, Pompano Joe’s, and Captain Dave’s, or explore nearly 5 miles of biking and walking trails just steps away. This quiet, family-oriented complex offers everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation.

This was a great property - very nicely decorated. Had some stuff there to get us started (paper towels, toilet paper, dish pods, etc) which was nice. Also had beach toys and extra beach chairs which was great! The owner communicated well. Near the pool and hot tub, and a very short walk to the beach. Loved our stay!

Since the first day till our 12th day everything was great. No issues. Everything really clean and unit was beautifully decorated. I formation to unit was sent in ahead of time to make sure we had info. Host was really nice. It is our 6th th year in these condominiums and this has been one of my favorite units. Will definitely return to this unit.

We enjoyed being able to use the unit and the beach service that was provided. We did have to get on the beach early to get a “front row” seat but it was worth it! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided quick feedback.

Great location, walking distance to beach

The location is very good and walking distance to beach. Family of 4 is probably the max capacity. It is on the 3rd floor so you will need to be able to walk the stairs. The stairs are wide and in great condition. The area was pretty quiet and it was a relaxing get away for us. The private beach area was a huge plus for us!

Property is in a convenient location, and a short walk across the street to the beach. The ac in this condo was AMAZING!!!! Especially after a long hot day. The rooms was very clean, 2 chairs and umbrellas were provided on the back porch. The host was very responsive when I had a question and so kind. We would definitely come back to this location.
