Hiking getaway

The house was perfect space for 4 family members. It was very convenient to hiking at Mt. Magazine SP & close to restaurants and grocery stores.We had one small issue that the owners took care of immediately. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Awesome week

This was a great little property to stay at it was the location was great right where you could get to all the stores if you needed to access to go up to Mount magazine close to fort Smith as well the hostess is awesome great communications the property is beautiful and I would so totally ready to get me and my family enjoyed our week there

The house was super clean, and the host were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Grass had not been mowed- was up to your calves so couldn't sit in yard and visit. Had to call owner to help get us in- keys were in lock box that was hard to work. We've always had key pads to use....Had to go to the road and collect trash cans to put trash into. There weren't any kitchen trash bags, I had to use ones I happened to bring and NO dish soap to wash dishes. Bathroom had pink mold on the shower curtain and dirty under the beds which we had to move to find stuff we'd dropped on the floor.... we've stayed at really good places and this was a "low" on our list. Sorry, but honest review.
