Roger was easy to communicate with, and helpful, making a recommendation for a great place to eat our first night on the mountain after a long day of travel. The cabin was welcoming and well appointed.
Great cabin! Warm, clean, comfortable, incredible setting. And we had 5" of fresh snow that was readily cleared so we had access to the mountain. Great stay, will absolutely be coming back!
This is a nice cabin out in the WV woods. You have to drive a ways on a decent gravel road to get to it but we only encountered one vehicle during our 3 days there. The cabin had great wifi and everything was as indicated in the pictures and listing.
Just what we were looking for - surrounded by nature, incredibly quiet, and very relaxing. We explored the nearby areas and enjoyed time in Cass. Highly recommend for an experience off the beaten path.

Beautiful cabin in mountain setting. Can’t wait to visit again!
This trip was everything we could have wished for! A cozy cabin , lots of snow, skiing at snowshoe, a wonderful host with great communication! Our dogs loved it as well…Will definitely go again!
Wonderful location WAYYYY out in the country. It was peaceful, quiet, loaded with wildlife, and we had a blast. The property is clean, communications with the host were perfect, and the log cabin is quaint and very comfortable.
This place is an absolute gem if you want peace and quiet. Lots of birds. Squirrels, chipmunks, deer and owls. We have visited this cabin twice now and will definitely be back again.
September 6-8, we had a great time at Roger's cabin. We came specifically to take the train ride in Cass. The cabin was very nice, clean, comfortable, roomy, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch which had a gate to keep our dog from wandering. Also had a zip line leash for dogs, and water bowls. We noticed no fire wood there, so we didn't use the fire pit. Perhaps because it's been so dry there. We had some confusion about which driveway was the correct cabin, but we finally figured it out! The fresh baked cookies waiting for us was great! If you want to enjoy quiet, nature, and unplug, I definitely recommend Falling Waters!
An amazing get away with much needed and appreciated serenity!!! Very limited people traffic and gobs of nature!! The cabin was perfect and well stocked with cooking appliances, utensils and a wonderful selection of seasonings. Beds were very comfortable and the front porch provided tremendous views with rocking chairs that improved the relaxation! The host communicated promptly and responded quickly to our questions. Cabin is very close to Snowshoe and Cass!!! We had a wonderful time and hope to return again soon!!!
