Welcome to Casa Blanca, a luxurious La Quinta estate on a ¾-acre private compound surrounded by mountain views, palm trees, and lush gardens. This exceptional property is designed for comfort, style, and unforgettable gatherings.

The 3,574 sq. ft. main house features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full wet bar, and an open office. Across the rose garden and private lawn, you’ll find an 800 sq. ft. casita with an en-suite bathroom, covered porch, and cozy sitting area — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Casita Use Policy: The 1-bedroom casita is included for groups of 8 guests. Smaller groups may add the casita for $100/night + tax. If you have less than 8 guests and want the casita added to the reservation, increasing your guest count to 8 and it will be added automatically. You can also add the casita at least 7 days before arrival by emailing us through VRBO.
The casita is never rented to separate parties if the main house is occupied.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please follow the FULL checkout procedure which will be emailed to you with your entry instructions 10 days before check in. A copy of the procedure is also at the property in a leucite frame.
An additional cleaning fee of 425.00 may apply if guests do not complete the check out procedure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reservation holder must be at the property for the duration of the reservation. A copy of a photo ID is required at time of booking. 
Reservation holder must read the rental agreement, city mandate and checkout procedure. Breaking the rules can lead to a fine or eviction by the city.

My Happy Place

The check in was seamless! House and grounds were immaculate. This is our 2nd time staying here and can confirm this property is like none other! Your own private resort. Best pool anywhere and beautiful! So quiet no street noise only birds. Great walking paths are right outside your door. Don’t hesitate on this one!!

The Casa Blanca hacienda, casita, and surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful. The photos on the website do not do them justice. It is an amazing place. The best vacation property I have ever stayed in. The onsite management team was really nice and very helpful. There was a minor issue with the irrigation system that was handled quickly. Thanks Adi!

First let me say that this guest had rented two other properties that we know of besides Casa Blanca for a family even. Knowing that he was having a lot of guests, we had the pool cleaned the day before his arrival and again the morning of arrival at which point we took a photo of a clean pool. He was granted an early check in and called to say the pool was a little cloudy at the deep end and I informed him that it had been brushed an hour before he checked in and that the filtration would clear it up. Because Casa Blanca was the larges property he rented, his family members from the other properties used the house as a gathering place and used the pool. In the 7 days this guest stayed at Casa Blanca he called me frequently to tell me that the pool was getting cloudy and we sent our pool service to the property a total of 5 times. The 5th time we sent the pool service we saw that the guest was enabling the spa jets during the day for ambiance or for the children in his party to enjoy. When the spa jets are enabled the pool stops filtrating which is why the pool was getting cloudy everyday when it was being heavily used by guest from 3 properties.

Disappointment

We were charged an exorbitant fee for power usage, when we in fact used only the necessary power (lights, etc. The outdoor lighting was on almost all night, the pool spa and waterfalls were on almost all day and night and the ice making machine in the bar seemed to be struggling and ran the entire time we were there.(very noisy) Our entire group loved the home and hope to return. I’d like to address your concern regarding the $250 utility charge for your 7-night stay at a property that includes a 3,000-square-foot main house and an 800-square-foot casita. As outlined in the rental agreement prior to booking, we share the cost of utility usage to account for features such as landscape lighting and daily pool filtration. In fact, the amount you paid was less than the actual utility costs incurred during your stay. To help guests lower their usage, we provide helpful tips at each property and offer mid-stay meter readings upon request so guests can monitor their consumption. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a request from you during your stay to check the meters. Larger homes like this naturally require more energy, and I’m sorry to hear that the utility charge came as a surprise.

This is an exceptional property in La Quinta, offering resort-style amenities with complete privacy. The grounds are well maintained with a fantastic pool, outdoor entertainment areas, and plenty of room for a large group or family to enjoy. If you are hoping to enjoy the area’s iconic mountain views, this is the property to book. The property manager, Adi, was also extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Amazing Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is amazing and the yard is even better! Very spacious and well designed. Would love to come back when it's warmer so that the pool/spa and yard could have been enjoyed more! Would absolutely consider staying at this property again! Easy check in and out and the property manager is great to work with - very responsive!

Paradise Point!!!!!!!!

Just stop looking at other rentals. It’s done. This is the place!!! Adi is the best property manager ever :) This house is paradise from front to back. Everything is simple to use. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. The privacy is unmatched. The yard is basically a little park. The night time yard lighting was my favorite. The shower pressure is best I’ve ever experienced in my life! I could go on and on and on… If you have the opportunity to stay here do it and be done. You literally don’t need to leave the house. The kitchen is perfect. There is an ice maker and a bar and big beautiful open doors and windows and natural light and I cooked and BBQ’d and practiced golf and swam and jacuzzi’d and napped and watched movies and listened to music and took baths and woke up to peace and quiet and nature and just wow everything! Truly Amazing!!!! So blessed. Thank you Adi… Simply thank you :)

It was almost perfect….

It would of been a dream vacation home, but with temperatures reaching 120 it made it more than we could handle. The property was beautiful but too hot to really enjoy or swim in the pool. Any other week and it would have been one of the best getaways. It is a hidden treasure and would like to return again someday.

Great Property...had a good time during our stay!

Enjoyed the property and grounds...we had a great time! A bit bothered that we had to pay for utilities....I've never had to pay extra for utilities at any vacation rental before so that seemed a bit aggressive as well as asking us to do laundry after charging a rather large cleaning fee...... seems a lot to ask for a paying guest....... But other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to review Casa Blanca. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and hope that you will consider staying at the property in the future. Just to clarify your comments regarding the utilities and laundry so that people reading this review understand them better...Casa Blanca is a very large home with a large pool, 4 AC systems and lots of bath and pool towels to accommodate 8 guests. From the very beginning of the reservation process we disclose all charges and explain the utilities as well as attach documents including our check out procedure in email correspondence to potential guests. Utilities here in the desert are some of the highest in California and rather than raising the rates or charging a daily fee like most other properties in our area, we share in the cost by giving each guest a utility allowance where we pay a portion of the utilities used for the duration of each reservation and bill the overage to the guest. In addition, we have helpful hints in the property book that suggest how to save on the final utility bill and leave it up to the guest to follow these guidelines if they wish. We do not ask you to do all of the laundry, rather we ask that you keep up with the pool and bath towels as stated in our checkout procedure. Your cleaning fee covers the cost of the cleaning for your arrival, not the cleaning fee for the next guest that checks in. If we do not ask that guests keep up with the use of the many towels that are at this property then it adds an additional 3 hours to the cleaning process not allowing us to give guests an early check in which they appreciate.

Even better than the first time

This was our second time staying at the property. Adi addressed every question and made our stay absolutely wonderful. The house and surrounding grounds are magical and the perfect place for a reunion with friends or family. The outdoor pool/living area is hard to leave. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with everything you’d need. We can’t wait to come back.

Beyond my expectations

Everything about this property was first rate. The grounds are expansive and offer countless areas to enjoy the pool, putting green, BBQ, outdoor dining, outdoor TV lounge. This was an ideal place for our family reunion. The actual property was even more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The entire place was immaculately clean and e check in process with Adi was smooth and easy. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect estate for getaway in the desert

This property is professionally maintained and is literally a perfect getaway from the city life. It is against a mountain on one dide which makes it very private and it helps a lot with noise either from the house or from outside the house from neighboring properties. The property has a lot of little details that when you stay there for a couple days you start realizing the beauty and design. I would highly recommend the property whoever wants to feel like they're on their own five class resort with a classic architecture and inviting design. I never write reviews but I felt like for this property it was worth the time because we'll definitely be coming back!
