Welcome to Casa Blanca, a luxurious La Quinta estate on a ¾-acre private compound surrounded by mountain views, palm trees, and lush gardens. This exceptional property is designed for comfort, style, and unforgettable gatherings.

The 3,574 sq. ft. main house features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full wet bar, and an open office. Across the rose garden and private lawn, you’ll find an 800 sq. ft. casita with an en-suite bathroom, covered porch, and cozy sitting area — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please follow the FULL checkout procedure which will be emailed to you with your entry instructions 10 days before check in. A copy of the procedure is also at the property in a leucite frame.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reservation holder must be at the property for the duration of the reservation. A copy of a photo ID is required at time of booking. 
Reservation holder must read the rental agreement, city mandate and checkout procedure. Breaking the rules can lead to a fine or eviction by the city.
Pets are not allowed on bedding, furnishings or in the pool. Additional charges will apply for excessive dog hair cleaning.

The check in was seamless! House and grounds were immaculate. This is our 2nd time staying here and can confirm this property is like none other! Your own private resort. The best vacation property I have ever stayed in. The onsite management team was really nice and very helpful. There was a minor issue with the irrigation system that was handled quickly. Thanks Adi!

We were charged an exorbitant fee for power usage, when we in fact used only the necessary power (lights, etc. The outdoor lighting was on almost all night, the pool spa and waterfalls were on almost all day and night and the ice making machine in the bar seemed to be struggling and ran the entire time we were there.(very noisy) Our entire group loved the home and hope to return. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is amazing and the yard is even better! Very spacious and well designed. Just stop looking at other rentals. It’s done. This is the place!!! Adi is the best property manager ever :) This house is paradise from front to back. Everything is simple to use. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. The privacy is unmatched. The yard is basically a little park. The night time yard lighting was my favorite. The shower pressure is best I’ve ever experienced in my life! I could go on and on and on… If you have the opportunity to stay here do it and be done. You literally don’t need to leave the house. The kitchen is perfect. There is an ice maker and a bar and big beautiful open doors and windows and natural light and I cooked and BBQ’d and practiced golf and swam and jacuzzi’d and napped and watched movies and listened to music and took baths and woke up to peace and quiet and nature and just wow everything! Truly Amazing!!!! So blessed. Thank you Adi… Simply thank you :)

It was almost perfect….

It would of been a dream vacation home, but with temperatures reaching 120 it made it more than we could handle. The property was beautiful but too hot to really enjoy or swim in the pool. Any other week and it would have been one of the best getaways. It is a hidden treasure and would like to return again someday.

Great Property...had a good time during our stay!

Enjoyed the property and grounds...we had a great time! A bit bothered that we had to pay for utilities....I've never had to pay extra for utilities at any vacation rental before so that seemed a bit aggressive as well as asking us to do laundry after charging a rather large cleaning fee...... seems a lot to ask for a paying guest....... But other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thanks

This was our second time staying at the property. Adi addressed every question and made our stay absolutely wonderful. Everything about this property was first rate. The grounds are expansive and offer countless areas to enjoy the pool, putting green, BBQ, outdoor dining, outdoor TV lounge. Perfect estate for getaway in the desert

This property is professionally maintained and is literally a perfect getaway from the city life. It is against a mountain on one dide which makes it very private and it helps a lot with noise either from the house or from outside the house from neighboring properties. The property has a lot of little details that when you stay there for a couple days you start realizing the beauty and design. I would highly recommend the property whoever wants to feel like they're on their own five class resort with a classic architecture and inviting design. I never write reviews but I felt like for this property it was worth the time because we'll definitely be coming back!

Annual boys golf trip.

This year Palm Springs area. The Casa Blanca worked just perfect for us. Really nice property. Four bedrooms (with luxury casita). Big living room. TVs everywhere. Very comfortable and clean as a whistle. Adi Gross was great to work with. Highly recommended.
