It is a beautiful property in a quiet area. The home of nicely furnished with all Jenn-Air appliances and updated furnishings. It’s unusual to find a cabin with 2 king size bedrooms, which was important to us. Great parking and use of one garage. Loved this property!

Large, well-appointed cabin with substantial kitchen. Only quibble was that we couldn't figure out how to turn on the wall sconce lights on the outside by the main person door. But otherwise really nice, with responsive host.

This property was extremely nice and very clean. The host even allowed us to use their garage to park our vehicle which was extremely efficient and good since it also rained a couple of days. I would recommend this property. Thanks

Great place to stay! We had 6 adults, 1 child under 3 and 1 dog. Accessible to all of the trails that we want to explore, to Red River for our shopping needs, and a great deck to kick back and relax on.

Honey Branch was an amazing property! It was really comfortable for our friends & us, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make awesome meals & the neighborhood was very quiet. We took 4 wheelers and the trails we went on were beautiful but negative is that we had to trailer them to all the trails. You cannot ride 4 wheelers is town but can ride UTVs. If we come back to Red River we would definitely stay here again.

The layout of the house, especially the kitchen made for an extremely comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare nice meals. The neighborhood is very quiet and scenic. It was not too far from town, we didn’t mind the drive, and worth it for the attractive design and comfort level.

Fall vacation

We had a crazy busy summer with no vacation time, we wanted to get away somewhere for the fall for a quick weekend trip. We loved staying at the honey branch hideaway. The house is wonderful. The kids loved playing on the mountain side. We used the fire pit one evening for s’mores and enjoyed wine on the patio and cooking out. We did a 4 mile hike up the road to the small pond our dog really enjoyed that part. I could see the two covered parking areas being great in the winter and there’s ample room in front of the cabin for parking if you came with a group. The master bath tub is so deep you might want to start running your bath a while before you get in. It’s a beautiful bathroom. The whole cabin is beautiful with multiple decks to enjoy views. We loved our quick weekend there.

Christmas in the mountains: This House was a DREAM!

We road tripped our three kiddos from south Texas in hopes to give them a white Christmas in the mountains. It was everything I hoped it would be and more! The house is absolutely beautiful with every amenity we needed and then some. The backyard backs up into the mountain and there is enough distance between houses that your privacy is intact. The house is about 10-12 minutes from town, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent exploring red river. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. We appreciated the access to one side of the garage and we able to park our car inside. Thank you!!Our kids loved the extra room to explore in the third floor bonus space and also enjoyed having the extra room to watch shows and movies downstairs. I would absolutely stay in this home again!
