Remarkable waterfront condo overlooking the gorgeous Comal River!
Only available for monthly rentals: October - April.

Rapids 302 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that accommodates up to 8 guests.
Master: 1 Queen
2nd Bedroom: 2 Queens
3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen
Fully furnished with linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, washer/dryer, TVs, and more!
This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River.

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed.

*If booking through Airbnb, the "Prices include all fees" does not apply if you're bringing a pet.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.

On the river and walk to town center.

Top floor unit in quiet building with security and assigned parking. Worked out great for attending a family wedding with events in New Braunfels.

Property was great! Was not prepared for Keurig coffee nor were we prepared to only have three towels between the 8 adults. We prevailed and enjoyed the stay. Great spot, easy walk, and close to the fun! Cheers. RECOMMENDED!

We are glad that you found this excellent unit! The views of the river can't be beat! In our lobby we do have many maps and guides of New Braunfels provided by the Chamber of Commerce available for the guests to pick up.
