This is our second time this summer and we will continue to return! Our daughter who has sensory issues LOVES coming here for the quiet, for the sand, and she loves Karen and Doug. What great, helpful hosts! We would suggest this property to ANYONE!

Great Cabin by the water. The inside was very clean and the two tables were a nice touch. We used one for games and puzzles and the other for dining. Lots of comfortable seating and everything we needed for cooking meals. The beach area was very nice and lots of seating to enjoy the outdoors. A short drive to East Tawas with shopping and dining options and nice grocery stores close by to get what you need to cook at the cabin. We would definitely stay here again.

This beach front home has been perfect for our much needed get away! The beach itself is quiet, pristine and immediately present. The house is very well maintained, immaculate, and well laid out for an easy experience. The sunrises are breathtaking. We were not there for entertainment, but rather for quiet relaxation and it was JUST THE TICKET! We will be back.

This is the most peaceful beach house. The beach itself is absolutely perfect. The home provides all the essentials youā€™ll need for kitchen and bath. The panoramic windows make being inside feel like youā€™re still out on the beach. And listening to those waves hit the shore at nighttime makes it the best nights sleep. 100% recommend this rental. Wonderful beach house. Karen and Doug were amazing hosts. The sand is probably the best in the area. The beds were comfortable. Tile floors throughout the house so any sand clean up was easy. Probably the best shower head weā€™ve had staying at a VRBO. lol. Itā€™s the little things. Definitely would stay here again. Canā€™t wait for next summer!

The perfect property for smaller families seeking time on the sugar sand beaches of Lake Huron. We love that both the living room and master bedroom face the beach and have large windows for letting in the breeze and sounds of the waves. Fully functional kitchen, with the utensils and things you need and lots of cabinet space for groceries. Large dining table and additional table for cards, puzzles and games. New reclining couch and recliner seat. Doug and Karen are right next door and greeted us. They are a wealth of info on the area. The beach is perfect and walkable for miles in both directions. Our only request would be a gas grill. Make the tenant responsible for refilling the tank if it runs out! :)
