Impressive Home With Breathtaking Views Of The Patagonia

Our impressive property is located within the exclusive Arelauquen Golf, Polo and Country club. Just minutes away from the house there are outdoor activities during spring, summer, winter and fall. Skiing, golf, polo, mountain biking, hiking, water sports to name just a few.

With in the beautiful 5,000 sq meter property, the main house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite, and 2 have a shared bathroom. We have recently renovated in 2016, to include all the modern comforts, 2 sitting rooms with direct TV and WIFI, and fully equipped kitchen.

Wonderful home

the house is in a closed condominium in front of Lake Gutierrez with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. The house is very well furnished, with everything you need to spend a peaceful holiday. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate. Aldo who runs the house helped us a lot and was very helpful. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Spectacular view

Our stay was excellent. The house has a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The house has been freshly renovated and it is quite comfortable. The management was very responsive and welcomed all of us. We are looking forward to renting this place for our next vacation. The location is quiet, close to nature reserve and only 20 minutes away from nice restaurants and amenities.

Breathtaking/First Class

We have stayed in many short term rental properties over the years and I have to say this is one of the finest and most impressive! It is not only superbly equipped but also furnished both tastefully and very comfortably. We were family of six spanning three generations and all had plenty of room. The open fire place and outside hot tub were probably the highlights of the amenities. "Breathtaking views" is a much overused hyperbole but that is exactly what happened when we first enter this house and were confronted with panoramic, floor to ceiling views, of the forest, lake, mountains and valley below....and all at the same time! This is the view from the living room, dining area and master bedroom. Even though the house is in the middle of all this spectacular scenery is is easy to access, being only half an hour's drive from the airport on excellent roads. The development itself is beautiful and very well maintained and designed. There are several resteraunts on-site, including a boutique Marriott lodge with a fantastic dining room and bar, only about twenty rooms, I believe. Security is also taken very seriously but also understated. Make sure the property manager meets you at the entrance when you first arrive or specific arrangements have been made for your admittance. I had left my paperwork at home and it took about an hour before our reservation was confirmed and we were allowed in! Our very sincere and special thanks to Aldo, the property manager, for looking after us well above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you again Aldo, from all of us! We arrived just hours before on of the heaviest snow falls in many years. We had over 2,1/2 feet in 36 hours and were snowed in (within the development) for four days and last power for two of those. We had all chosen to eat at the hotel restaurant that night instead of going shopping...big mistake! Aldo: 1. came out numerous times to ensure we were ok, several times on foot in the middle of the storm; 2. brought us food and provisions from his own house; 2. refueled the generator; and 3. took us to the store for food in his car. We fully intend to return to this rental in the summer and also next winter...with provisions! Finally, the pictures do not do the property justice...you have to see it to believe it.
