The property was cozy and peaceful! The shared outdoor deck and fire area were also a nice touch to our stay at the cabin. The owners have great communication and are definitely hospitable.
The proximity to crystal mountain and the price was perfect for 3 of us to visit the resort. The place was extremely clean and had all the cookware we could’ve needed.
Had a great time in the river. Grocery store nearby. Reasonably close to Lake Michigan and the Platte River. Our host was helpful and available. Overall great stay.
The hosts were very nice and accommodating people. We did not need to look for anything during our stay and we were very close to stores if we did need something. The property was very clean and comfortable. Just what we were looking for.
Super cute cabin!!! Host even left some snacks and a nice little welcome binder The only thing I will note is to bring a sound machine because it is a little loud next to the road! I would highly recommend though, great location and clean room, super easy check in and out!

The cabins were clean, comfortable and the owner thought of every little detail.
The only drawback is our cabin was very close to the main road and there were many trucks and vehicles passing by
Cute and cozy place. Using to just sleep at as rest of family was camping at Platte River campground. Needed to use futon for a third adult which wasn’t the most comfortable. Shower was small.
Perfect spot for a summer getaway, this cabin is right across the river from a tiki bar that serves the best burgers and fries around, a couple miles from sleeping bear dunes, and you can grill on the property if you want. I’ll be back!
My friends and I decided to have a mini staycation. I found this spot last minute and was so excited to enjoy the beautiful property. Check in was so easy and Renee was very kind and helpful. We had our dogs with us and they loved playing in the river. Just beware the current is strong. We had them on leashes at all times to make sure they didn’t float away. The bonfire area was perfect, right by the river where you can hear the water and see fireflies all around you! The beds were very clean and comfortable which made for a great slumber. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
This is an old-time vacation cabin on a river, with a nice view from the dining table. Everything worked as it should and it was very clean. The shower was small, but the water pressure and temperature control was great! If you need hair conditioner, you should bring it. You might want to bring your own drinking water, as the water has an off-putting well water smell, but it is not too bad. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.
