This is a beautiful, freshly built, family-friendly house right on the water. The home features three sizeable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large screen porch, and an additional deck. The full kitchen and living room share a large, glass door with the porch area, as well as great views of the canal & Assawoman Bay. Between the 4 beds & sleeper sofa, groups ranging from 2 to 8 people should be more than comfortable (10 with young children). Feel free to utilize the 50 feet of bulkhead/dock space for boating, kayaking, or any other water activities. Enjoy the outside shower after a day at the beach, or the board games & cards in the living room on a rainy afternoon. Inside you'll also fine 3 different smart TVs, speedy wireless internet, a washer/dryer, central AC/heat, great included linens, and several other amenities. This cottage is located at the end of a quiet street, but is walking distance to several great restaurants & bars - Catch 54, Papa Grande's, and Harpoon Hanna's are all less than a 5 minute walk away. The beaches and excitement of Fenwick Island/Ocean City are under 1 mile away - a 5 minute drive down the road.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Very clean and super convenient to the beaches and restaurants in Fenwick Island and Ocean City. Had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and linens. We loved watching the sunset from the screened porch and the dock/deep water canal was perfect for our boat! We would definitely stay here again!
