The ceilings are made of beautiful Belizean hardwoods, including Mahogany, Rosewood, Seri Cote, and Santa Maria, adding a touch of elegance to the space.

On the beach level, you'll find four bedrooms and 2 baths, each offering stunning views of the sea and pool. This level is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living room, cable TV, air conditioners, and ceiling fans in all rooms. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, perfect for intimate gatherings.

The veranda on the upper floor boasts a panoramic view of the turquoise sea and reef, with outdoor living spaces including a breakfast area under a palapa, a bar under a palapa on the south side, and a barbecue grill.
