*GAME ROOM with several arcades with multiple games on each. pop a shot basketball.

*2 bars one tall and one shorter overlooking the ocean with 16 barstools! U will want to seriously eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and relax with drinks at the bar! Great for coffee and sunrises over the ocean, or wine and sunsets at night! *PICNIC TABLE AND SANDY SIDE YARD FOR FUN GAMES TOGETHER!

House has while home filtration. System to combat Surfside's city water. We have Tanin remover to take the yellow out and make clear. Also water softener (but not so soft to where feels slippery. I hate that) so skin doesn't dry. Simply the best here! Also we have reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink for your coffee etc.

Great space for our group of 18 to gather. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit outside on the deck or inside on the sofas and at the table and island. The house was clean and in great condition.

The host was very prompt answering our questions and providing additional information before check-in that was very helpful. The house was very clean and the decor was really nice. We had 20 in our party and the home was very accommodating for necessities. A little inconvenience accessing the beach as the sand in very thick and there is no boardwalk from the house to the beach as pictures show.

Thank u for your review. Sorry the beach had a lot of sand. We can't control that lol. There is no boardwalk, and has there had never been one. Nor is there any picture of one in the listing, or one promised, so really unsure of what you are talking about. This house is impeccably cleaned and maintained and brand new. As u stated all positive things, I appreciate that. Dont know why a bit of deeper sand would knock us on the review to a 4 star but to each their own.

The hot tub was excellent. It was the highlight of the stay. Having it after a long stay at the beach was so nice to enjoy in the evening or at night. The beach house was beautiful and perfect for everyone. It had enough space to enjoy game night and breakfast or dinner, indoors or outdoors. The scenery was great to see the beach. We didn't want to leave. I recommend this beach house, and you'll love it. The cleaners were absolutely helpful and had everything there to enjoy. The host was excellent to talk to, and the process was very easy.
