Outdoor Spaces:
Arrive to a long driveway that fits 6 vehicles, with additional street parking available. The front yard features a grassy area shaded by large trees. Step onto the front porch that flows into a large wrap around deck complete with Lake Granbury views, a hot tub, Adirondack chairs, a small balcony with an outdoor dining table for 4, and a comfortable couch—all overlooking scenic Lake Granbury. The deck extends to the back of the house, revealing a large pergola-covered dining area with seating for 8, a wood-burning firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a grill. Follow the stone path along the home and pass the beautiful waterfall feature as you make your way down to the private boat dock. Here, you’ll find a shaded area with fans and seating for two, perfect for fishing or soaking in the views.

Please note: The boat parked on site is off-limits to guests, but you’re welcome to enjoy the dock. Additionally, the water near the dock can have rougher conditions, especially for kayaks or paddleboards. We recommend extra caution for those using these, especially inexperienced paddlers. Additionally, the water is very deep immediately off the dock, making it less suitable for wading but great for diving and boating.

Main Level:
Upon entering the home, you’ll find a welcoming entryway that flows into the butler’s pantry and a colorful half bath featuring a washer and dryer and a unique blue concrete sink. The adjoining gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features a large gas stove, full-sized refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, coffee station, and a spacious island with additional bar seating. It’s perfect for family meals and entertaining!

The dining area features a custom solid white oak table that seats 8 under a stunning chandelier, offering panoramic lake views. The adjacent living room includes a large sectional, a fun blue accent chair, and a Samsung Frame TV.
Note: The fireplace in the living room is not available for use.

Upper Level:
The upper level hosts three beautifully decorated bedrooms:

Additional Details to Note:

Dock & Water Safety:
- The boat lift is strictly off-limits; however, you are welcome to tie your own boat to the dock.
- The water near the dock can have rough conditions, especially for kayaks and paddleboards. Exercise extra caution, especially for inexperienced paddlers.
- The water is very deep immediately off the dock, making it great for diving and boating, but not ideal for wading.
- Do not climb on the waterfall feature.

Hot Tub Maintenance:
-To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the hot tub is serviced on a regular schedule.

Restricted Areas:
- The outdoor bathroom is off-limits.
- The garage is not accessible to guests.

Pet Policy:
- The home is not pet-friendly. If needed, we can provide contact information for local boarding facilities.

Security Deposit:
-A ⁠$500 refundable security deposit is applicable for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable if no damage is done to the property during your stay.

Midstay Clean:
-For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.
