Reservations may be canceled by either party (“You” or “Stately”) in writing at least 90 days before check-in. In such cases, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded, less a 5% cancellation fee plus administrative fees. If you cancel after this period, you are responsible for the full booking amount with no refund. No discounts or refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, weather, maintenance issues, outages, or noise. Stately reserves the right to correct any rate errors.
