This building is Hotel&Condo. HOWEVER, This unit does NOT belong to hotel. Just as the condominium unit
So there is no hotel service like daily clean, leaving your luggages, security guard etc.
If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations.
《We have to receive below info BEFORE check-in to register the building》
-Full names of all guest on ID who will stay
-All guest Phone number
-"Representative" mailing(house) address .(Not all guests)
It is because this building management request and building uses it for building safety purpose.This info is not for us.
When guests arrive here, all guests have to show ID to the building front desk.
The building staff will query your pre-registration information and ID information.
So, if we can not get those info and register before your check-in,
GUESTS CAN NOT check-in , get key and stay here.
So, please let us know those info soon after reservation.
Therefore, only guests whose names and number of reservations are registered can enter the building and unit.
