Would definitely recommend this property. Well located for Disney parks with lots of restaurants and supermarkets a short drive away. Excellent security on the estate. We also liked the central swimming area with bars and restaurants. Finally have to mention how impressed we are with the hosts Upstay. They were extremely responsive to anything we brought to their attention and sorted any issues quickly.

Our stay was amazing. Host was excellent, though we didn’t need anything because everything was up to par. They did start our stay off with a very nice gift annd we anre very grateful for that. Each room looked and felt exactly like the photos. Most importantly the kiddos had an unforgettable time.

House was clean and stocked with all the things to make your stay memorable! We were pleasantly surprised to find a bag of ice in the freezer and a high chair for our baby (such a nice touch and a huge convenience for us). The game room and movie theater were a HUGE hit with our kids. All the beds were comfortable, the host was very responsive to our needs, and the location was perfect. Our favorite activity was the resort pool and lazy river. Such a nice amenity. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Amazing house and great location

We truly loved this house and the location in proximity to Disney and universal. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. My kids loved the movie theatre, Taylor swift room and updated bunk room with Star Wars theme. Would 100% stay again. Upstay was also very helpful and even checked in on us throughout the trip. The game roomWas unavailable to us due to construction during our stay but the kids had so much fun they didn’t even need it. If you’re in the fence about this property, book it….its great!

READ THIS!!! Perfect house for a large group — we’ll be back! This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 15. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked — we cooked multiple large family meals without ever feeling like we were missing anything. The theater room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay, along with the arcade, which was a huge hit with both kids and adults. We also loved how easy check-in and check-out were (note that a third-party app is required, but it was straightforward).A few things worth noting for future guests:The hot tub never fully heated, so if that’s something important to you (especially since it’s an add-on cost), you may want to confirm ahead of time.Several remotes throughout the house didn’t work, specifically the one in the outdoor patio area.A couple of the arcade games weren’t functional — the stand-alone machine and the single-screen console in particular. That said, none of these issues took away from how much we loved the house overall.Yazmin was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is about a 30-minute drive to Disney and roughly the same to Universal. We also took advantage of the Oasis catering and ordered wings and pizza, which were very reasonably priced and super convenient for a large group.Overall, this was a fantastic home, and we all agreed we want to rent it again in the future!

We’re always looking to improve, and we’ll make sure to address these issues for future guests. It’s great to know that Yazmin was able to assist you during your stay, and we’re happy you enjoyed the convenience of Oasis catering. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay!
